FCA Gwinnett South, under the leadership of Coach Carl West, hosted a fund-raiser with special guest George Rogers, 1880 Heisman Trophy Winner, University of South Carolina - and 1981 NFL AP Offensive Rookie of the Year. Coach West was a teammate of Rogers, as was event MC Philip Proctor. FCA Board Members, high school coaches and players, gathered at Lilburn Alliance Church, where the attributes of getting good grades, doing all things in good character, and competing with integrity were discussed. The fund-raiser was very successful, and many thanks go to those who supported, and volunteered for, the event.
